Only in the event that the product has not yet been shipped do we at Everymedz offer cancellation policies. We try to refund the amount within 7 working days if there is no delay in the processing timing. In more dire situations, it might take 15 to 30 days from the cancellation date to receive the refund. We won’t be able to proceed with the cancellation if the product is ready to be shipped. A small cancellation fee will be applied as per the quantity of your order during cancellation.
