I recently visited the Air Cairo Moscow Office and my overall experience was positive. The staff was professional, friendly, and approachable, with clear communication in both Russian and English. They efficiently handled my inquiries and helped me make adjustments to my flight reservations without unnecessary delays.The office itself was tidy and well-organised, with a welcoming atmosphere. Although the waiting area was a bit small, it was comfortable and equipped with basic amenities, making the short wait more pleasant.
